How is OPM Creator licensed?
You can purchase OPM Creator on a monthly or yearly basis. With OPM Creator you can manage unlimited projects; pricing is based on the number of users you need to access your projects online. You can activate and deactivate users as you require. This way you can have an unlimited amount of users registered to your system but only the amount of users you are licensed for active at any one time.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online payment by credit/debit card for monthly and annual subscriptions and by cheque/bank transfer for annual subscriptions only. We offer a 10% discount for customers who pay in advance with one single annual payment. We send a VAT invoice to all UK customers for each payment.

Can I pay in a different currency?
Yes - we accept payment in GBP£ USD$ and EUR€, conversion rates are calculated at time of order.

Can I try OPM Creator before I pay for it?
Yes, we offer a free 30-day trial, alternatively you can try out OPM Creator with our live online demo.

Can I upgrade my system later?
Yes, you can upgrade your users and server space at any time online.

What if I decide to cancel? Do you offer a refund?
You can cancel at any time, just email us at cancel@opmcreator.com there is no cancellation fee, you will not be charged again after cancellation. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds (full or partial) for unused membership periods.

How long does it take to set-up a free trial?
Free trials are set-up instantly, there is no waiting, no downloads and no installation.
As soon as you have signed up you will receive an email with your log-in details.

I'm worried about privacy
At OPM Creator we value your privacy. We guarantee your email address and personal information are confidential and will never be disclosed to third parties, sold or rented.

I'm using OPM Creator on a free 30 day trial, if I subscribe will I be able to keep the information already added?
Yes - when you subscribe during the free trial all information, users, logos, projects, tasks files etc.. you have added during the free trial will remain intact.

Can I suggest new features I would like to see in OPM Creator?

Do I need to install any software on my server?
No - Your OPM Creator system is automatically created, there is no software to download or install. The system is securely hosted on our own servers, all you need is a computer with Internet access, we look after everything else.

What are the system requirements?
To access your OPM Creator system all you need is web-browser, the system is fully compatible with Windows, MAC OS X, or Linux using;
Internet Explorer 6, Firefox 1, Safari 1.2, Mozilla 1.7, Camino 0.8, Opera 8 or higher.

What support do you offer?

How many users will I be licensed for?
You can choose the number of users you require for your system from as little as 5 to as many as 500, you can easily add more users as and when required.

Do you offer a discount for Non-Profit organisations?
Yes, we offer a standard 40% discount for Non-Profit organisations that can provide proof of their not-for-profit status. Please contact us for further information.

How many different projects can my OPM Creator system manage?
You can add an unlimited amount of projects to your OPM Creator system. Unlike many systems available we do not charge you on a per project basis.

Can you customise my OPM Creator system?
You can customise many features of OPM Creator yourself, including uploading your own logo and changing system colours, however, if you have any special requirements or ideas for enhancements to your system please contact us and we will provide you with a price as soon as possible.

Do we need training to use the system?
No – the OPM Creator system is designed to be easy to use, you will not require any training, if you can use the Internet, you can use OPM Creator.

Will I receive product updates?
We are continually improving OPM Creator and updating the system. Whenever new updates become available your system will automatically be updated to the latest version, this service is free of charge

Our main IP backbone, provided by Level 3 Communications, uses the fastest dark-fibre connections for single-hop connections to Europe and the United States.

System redundancy:

Cobalt RaQ550R is a RAID system using RAID 1, mirroring. If one drive fails the other is still active.

User Authentication:

A valid user name and password are required to access any OPM Creator system.
You can view a detailed list of all users logging into your system via the "user log" in your Administration area.

Backup schedule and details :

Data is backed up to the server on a daily basis – these backups are transferred offline weekly Files are backed up on a weekly basis to an external server

Employees of OPM Creator do not have direct access to any customer’s data or systems.
No one can gain access to your OPM Creator system unless a user with administration permission grants them access.
Users authorised to gain access to your OPM Creator system can only view projects they are added to.
